On Thursday, Year 6 had the exciting opportunity of meeting Hannah Gold, who is the author of ‘The Last Bear’ which we have read in class. We were all so excited to meet her! In our slot she talked about her inspiration behind the book, we participated in a quiz about polar bears and whales, she read an extract from her latest book ‘The Lost Whale’ and we asked her some questions. Finally, we gave her some ideas for a second book! We can’t wait to see if she uses any of them!
