As well as learning about Europe, compass directions and climates in Geography, we have been continuing to practise our tables. We played the game Splat to test each other on our speed and accuracy of the 4 times table. We are becoming more confident but regular practise is vital. All children should know all tables up to 12×12 by the end of Year 4 and any support and encouragement from adults and siblings at home will help. Why not challenge your child to a game of Splat and see if you can beat them?
