On Wednesday, Year 6 had a virtual visit from Mashid, who is a Muslim Chaplain at Durham University. We were really intrigued to hear about the Muslim religion and the Muslim community in Durham. She answered our questions on fasting and also about preparation for prayer. We came away from our meeting able to create leaflets all about the Muslim community.
