In English this week, we began reading our new book, ‘The Great Kapok Tree’ by Lynne Cherry. We have enjoyed learning all about the rainforest and spent some time exploring the books in our new Rainforest Reading Area. We also listened to the sounds of the rainforest and re-created these using various musical instruments.
