This week in Year 3, children have worked in small groups to test different reflective materials. Their investigation was to help choose the best material for a reflective strip to make the Brilliant Bag Company’s new book bag safer for children walking in the dark. The materials tested were: foil, bubble wrap, a mirror, yellow fabric and black fabric. They found that a mirror was the most reflective while black fabric was the least.
